How many pictures will we receive?
Your gallery will be delivered within 3 weeks of your session date. The gallery will be filled with a minimum of 50+ edited images from our time together.
What is the best time of day to do an outdoor session?
It's called, golden hour. Golden hour takes place about 2 hours before sunset or 2 hours after sunrise. This is the best time to take photos due to the dramatic lighting that evokes a nostalgic feeling, and sets the mood for the session. We can shoot at times outside of that for a different vibe too! That is just the time I recommend for outdoor sessions.
How should we dress for our family session?
When it comes to what to wear for your session, I recommend picking out outfits that best represent you and your love in this current time. If you are feeling artistic and creative, go for an outfit like that! If you want something true to life, then dress how you normally would, with a little extra sprinkle on top. I offer a client closet with an extensive collection of dresses and robes ranging in a variety of sizes and colors for you to use during the session. I am also happy to help you select the outfits you want to wear too!
We don’t feel very confident in front of the camera, is that ok?
That is okay! Not everyone is a born super model, and even they can be camera shy too. During our time together, I will do everything I can to make you feel comfortable taking photos! From chit chatting, cracking jokes, or encouraging deep breaths, you will forget there is a camera there!
